Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There is no minimum order.

We ship worldwide.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1 business day.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. From November to January delivery can take a little longer.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, local import duties or taxes may apply. These are paid by the customer.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and get your money back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
How do I return an item?
Email support@slopegoons.com or use our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Who pays for return shipping?
This is agreed with you when you contact us, before you send anything back. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, you never pay for the return.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5–10 business days after we receive and check your return, to your original payment method.
Can I return a ski mask?
Yes, as long as it is unworn. For hygiene reasons worn ski masks and balaclavas cannot be returned.
My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because orders ship within 1 business day, changes are only possible until your order has shipped.

What does Slope Goons sell?
Funny ski masks (balaclavas) and ski and snowboard clothing and accessories for men, women and kids: jackets, pants, suits, one-pieces, base layers, gloves, goggles and more.
Can I wear your ski masks under a helmet?

How do I choose the right size?
Each clothing product page has a size chart with measurements. If you are between two sizes and plan to wear layers underneath, choose the larger size.
What do 5K and 10K waterproof mean?
It is the waterproof rating of the fabric in millimetres. Read our guide: 5K vs 10K waterproof explained.
Orders and payment
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through Shopify. We do not store your card details.
Can I buy Slope Goons products through ChatGPT or other AI assistants?
Yes. Our products can be found and bought through AI shopping assistants and the Shop app. The same free shipping and 30-day money-back guarantee apply.
